Cost Analysis and Cost Management in the Company Knorr- Bremse Services Europe

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nákladů a jejich řízení ve společnosti Knorr-Bremse Services Europe s.r.o. První část je věnována teoretickým znalostem o chování nákladů včetně kalkulací a rozpočtů, kde jsou tyto vědomosti důležité ke správnému aplikování na společnost, tudíž praktickou část práce. V praktické části je věnována pozornost pro představení společnosti, doprovázena analýzou nákladů v rozmezí tří let, kalkulací vybrané služby a informacemi o tvoření rozpočtu společnosti. Na samotném závěru je vyhrazen prostor pro zhodnocení a vhodné návrhy, které by měli vést k lepšímu zdraví podniku Knorr-Bremse Services Europe s.r.o.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the cost analysis and management in the company Knorr-Bremse Services Europe s.r.o. The first part of this thesis is devoted to theoretical knowledge about the behaviour of costs, including calculations and budgets, where this knowledge is important for the correct application to society, and therefore the practical part of the work. In the practical part, attention is paid to the introduction of the company, accompanied by a cost analysis over a period of three years, a calculation of the selected services and information about the creation of the company's budget. At the very end, there is room for evaluation and appropriate proposals that should lead to the better business health of the company Knorr-Bremse Services Europe s.r.o.
