Práce má celkem pět kapitol, je tvořena částí teoretickou a prakticky zaměřenou. Úvodní část práce je věnována chemickému oboru. My diploma thesis consists of five chapters. It has theoretical and practical part. The first chapter deals with a chemistry field. The next part introduces chemical laboratory and basic laboratory operations.
