V mé diplomové práci se čtenáři dozví, co se skrývá pod pojmem soudní komisař. V několika kapitolách jsem se snažila čtenářům popsat, co znamenal od roku 1848 pojem notář jako soudní komisař a notářský úřad a jak vnímáme tyto pojmy dnes. In my diploma thesis readers will learn what is hidden under the term judical commissioner. In several chapters I have tried to describe to readers what the term notary as a judical commissioner and notary office has meant since 1848 and how we comprehend these terms today.
