Statistical methods for meta-analysis of outcomes based on binary data
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme metaanalýze binárních výsledků. Nejprve si uvedeme postup provádění metaanalýzy a základy statistiky. Poté si uvedeme nejčastější statistické ukazatele pro binární výsledky a zadefinujeme si dva nejznámější modely. Na závěr si ukážeme grafické znázornění a aplikaci v programu R, na vymyšlených datech.
Abstract:
In this bachelor’s thesis we study meta-analysis of binary outcomes. Firstly, we review the procedure for performing the meta-analysis and the basics of statistics. Then we introduce the most common statistical indicators for binary outcomes and define the two most well-known models. Finally, we will show the graphical representation and application in the program R, on fictional data.
