Communication disorder in pupil with specific learning difficulties and their influence on integration at the first degree of primary school

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o velmi aktuálním tématu, čímž specifické poruchy učení zajisté v současnosti jsou, a dále o problematice narušené komunikační schopnosti. Ve výzkumné části je potom zpracována případová studie žáka se specifickými poruchami učení. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První se zaměřuje na komunikaci obecně, na narušenou komunikační schopnost, její etiologii, klasifikaci, dále pak stručně popisuje ontogenetický vývoj řeči a jednotlivé jazykové roviny. Druhá kapitola je celá věnována konkrétní narušené komunikační schopnosti, kterou je narušení článkování řeči – dyslalie. Zaměřuje se na její etiologii, klasifikaci a také zásady při odstraňování dyslalie a postup při terapii. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se věnuje specifickým poruchám učení, jejich vymezení, etiologii a diagnostice. Praktická část využívá anamnestických metod při sběru dat pro vytvoření případové studie vybraného žáka s SPU a získává tak co nejvíce informací pro anamnézu osobní, rodinnou a anamnézu prostředí. Je použita také metoda dlouhodobého pozorování a metoda rozhovoru – přímo s žákem, jeho rodiči, pedagogy a logopedkou. Závěrem jsou vyhodnoceny předem stanovené výzkumné teze a je vysloven celkový výsledek výzkumu a návrhy na následnou péči.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with a very up-to-date subject, which specific learning difficulties surely are, and then with communication disorder issues. In the research part the case study of pupil with specific learning difficulties are processed. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is focused on communication generally, on communication disorders, their etiology and classification. Further it briefly describes ontogenetic development of human speech and single language levels. The second chapter concentrates on a specific communication disorder which is articulation disorder – dyslalia. It deals with its etiology, classification, general principles and procedure of the therapy. The last chapter of the theoretical part defines specific learning difficulties, their etiology and the diagnostics. The practical part uses anamnestic methods for collecting data. This data is used for the final case study of a child with specific learning difficulties. It tries to get as much information as possible to create personal anamnesis, family anamnesis and the anamnesis of the background and relationships between the child and the surroundings. Long-term observations and an interview with the child, his parents, teachers and speech therapist are also used. In conclusion, predetermined research hypotheses are evaluated and the final result of the research with suggestions for the following care is declared.
