Podnikatelský záměr v oblasti gastronomie

Bussiness Plan of gastronomic focus
Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je sestavení podnikatelského záměru v oblasti gastronomie. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na vysvětlení základních podnikatelských pojmů, právní druhy podnikání v ČR, obsah a strukturu podnikatelského plánu a podnikání. V praktické části se práce na základě teoretické části zabývá vytvořením konkrétního podnikatelského plánu pro gastronomický podnik.
Abstract:
The theme of this thesis is to define of a business aim of gastronomic focus. The theoretical part focuses on the explanation of essential business concepts, legal forms of business in Czech Republic, content and structure of the business plan. The practical part builds on the results of the theoretical part and focuses on the creation of a real business plan for gastronomical focus.
