Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem systému strategického řízení v podmínkách krize. První část se zaměřuje na popis co je strategické řízení, jaká je jeho koncepce a zejména role v době krize. Popisuje, jaké možné krize můžeme očekávat a jaká jsou následná řešení těchto krizí. V druhé části jsou zpracovány konkrétní postupy strategického řízení v době krize u částečně smyšleného podniku. The bachelor thesis focuses on a proposal of a strategic management system in crisis conditions. The first part concentrates on a description of the strategic management in general, its concept and especially its role in times of crisis.
