Cílem mé práce bylo rozebrat jednotlivé právní úpravy na našem území a přinést ucelený pohled na historický vývoj závěti jako jednoho z dědických titulů, a to od nejstarších dob až po současnost, včetně právní úpravy de lege ferenda. Abstract:
My thesis contains the description and analysis of the evolution of the legal institution of the last will (as well as other succession titles with the exception of intestate succession) through the last two thousand years relating to the territory of the Czech Republic. It focuses on the regulations found in the Roman law too.
