Analysis of possibilities for fundraising activities NGOs in Moravian-Silesian region

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá fundraisingovými aktivitami v Moravskoslezském kraji a možnostmi jejich dalšího rozvoje. Je určena především pracovníkům v neziskovém sektoru, kteří hledají nové možnosti financování činnosti a rozvoje organizace, ve které působí. V první části je shrnuta metodika fundraisingu, jak ji uvádí borná literatura a elektronické zdroje. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na jednotlivé fundraisingové aktivity. Druhá část se zabývá charakteristikou čtyř studovaných neziskových organizací a jejich poslaním. Ve třetí části jsou popsány jejich zdroje financování a fundraisingové aktivity, kterým se věnují. Poslední dvě kapitoly třetí části se potom zaměřují na celkové zhodnocení a možnosti dalšího rozvoje fundraisingových aktivit v Moravskoslezském kraji.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with fundraising activities in the Moravian-Silesian Region and possibilities of their further development. The intended readership involves mainly workers in the non-profit sector who are looking for new ways of financing of activities and developmentf of the organisation they are employed in. In the first part, the fundraising methodology as presented in the literature and electronic resources is summarised. Specific fundraising activities are particularly emphasised. The second part is concerned with the characteristics of the four non-profit organisations under study and their mission. In the third part, their sources of financing together with fundraising activities they are engaged in are described. The last two chapters of the third part then focus on the summary and the possibilites of further development of fundraising activities in the Moravian-Silesian Region.
