Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou image vybraného města a jeho komunikací s veřejností. Nejprve je zde charakterizována zkoumaná oblast v teoretické rovině. Následující část se věnuje profilu vybraného města - Pardubic, neboť vybrané charakteristiky mají na image města značný vliv. Další část přibližuje činnosti místní samosprávy v oblasti budování značky města a popisuje, které komunikační kanály využívá v komunikaci s občany. V závěrečné části práce jsou výsledky dotazníkového šetření, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, jak celou problematiku image a komunikace občané vnímají.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of the image of the selected city and its communication with the public. First, the researched area is characterized in the theoretical level. The following section deals with the profile of the selected city - Pardubice, because the selected characteristics have a significant impact on the image of the city. The next part describes the activities of local government in the field of building the city brand and describes which communication channels it uses in communicating with citizens. In the final part of the work are the results of a questionnaire survey, which aimed to find out how citizens perceive the whole issue of image and communication.
