The Internal Regulations of the Employer of the Student

Abstract:

Vnitřní předpisy jsou významným nástrojem řízení pracovního procesu každého zaměstnavatele. Prostřednictvím efektivní vnitropodnikové legislativy zaměstnavatel usměrňuje činnost svých zaměstnanců vedoucí ke společnému cíli. Diplomová práce analyzuje systém vnitřních předpisů konkrétního zaměstnavatele – zaměstnavatele studenta. Zaměřuje se především na Pracovní řád a Mzdový předpis. Autorka v práci hodnotí formu i obsah vnitřních předpisů svého zaměstnavatele a navrhuje řešení sporných pasáží z pohledu de lege ferenda.

Abstract:

Internal regulations are an important management tool of working process for each employer. Through the effective in-corporate legislation an employer directs an activity of his employees leading to the common target. The thesis analyzes the system of the internal regulations of the particular employer – the student's employer. It focuses primarily on Conditions of employment and Wage regulation. The authoress judges in the thesis a form and a content of the internal regulations of her employer and she suggests a solution of some disputable passages from the perspective of de lege ferenda.
