Abstract:
Teoretická část se věnuje problematice zdravého životního stylu mládeže se zaměřením na zdravou výživu, pitný režim, pohybovou aktivitu, kouření a alkoholismus a jejich prevenci. Praktická část obsahuje výzkum týkající se životního stylu a stravovacích návyků žáků středních škol, který byl realizován v Olomouckém kraji
Abstract:
The theoretical part is aimed at the problems of healthy life style of young people with the focus on healthy nutrition, drinking regime, fitness activity, smoking and alcoholism, and prevention of these issues. The practical part includes a research concerning lifestyle and food habits of high school students that was carried out in Olomouc region
