The corrections of incorrect data in the Land Registr

Předmětem práce je problematika opravy chybných údajů vedených v katastru nemovitostí a aplikace procesu opravy údajů na platnou právní úpravu. Práce popisuje postup správního orgánu při opravě chybného údaje s využitím nejen základních právních norem, ale prováděcích předpisů vydaných ČÚZK. Abstract:
The intent of this thesis is the issue of the error correction in the land register and application of correction process to the legal regulations. The thesis describes how an administrative authority used basic laws and implementing regulations issued by ČÚZK, during the error correction.
