Satisfaction Analysis of HC Sparta Praha supporters with the transition to the new hockey arena

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o spokojenosti fanoušků HC Sparta Praha s přesunem domácích zápasů klubu z Tipsport Areny do O2 areny. Jejím hlavním cílem je analyzovat spokojenost s tímto přesunem pomocí pečlivě vybraných parametrů, které mají vliv na celkovou spokojenost na hokejovém utkání. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. První z nich je část teoretická, kde je čtenář seznámen se základními pojmy, které se týkají marketingu a marketingového mixu vzhledem ke sportovnímu odvětví. V metodické části je popsán marketingový výzkum, který je poté následně aplikován v části praktické, kde mu předchází porovnání návštěvností v sezonách minulých a sezoně 2015/2016, která byla poprvé odehrána v O2 areně. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty veškeré výsledky výzkumu, který byl proveden na vzorku příznivců klubu přímo v O2 areně.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the satisfaction of HC Sparta Praha supporters with the moving home matches of the club from Tipsport Arena to O2 arena. Its purpose is to analyze satisfaction with this moving by carefully chosen parameters that affect the overall satisfaction of fans with the hockey match. Thesis has three parts. The first one is theoretical, where the reader is familiar with the basic concepts that relate to marketing and marketing mix due to the sport sector. The methodical part describes the marketing research and the possibility of its evaluation. Then this research is then subsequently applied in the practical part, which precedes comparing attendance in last two seasons and current season, which was first played on the O2 arena. The conclusion summarizes all the results of the research, which was conducted on a sample of supporters of the club at the O2 arena.
