Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci byla provedena komplexní analýza tématu Společenské odpovědnosti s důrazem na lidský kapitál v kontextu oblasti hotelnictví. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na charakteristiku společenské odpovědnosti, společenskou odpovědnost firem a její pilíře a na pojem stakeholders. Práce dále analyzuje situaci v zemích Visegrádské čtyřky, především v oblasti employer branding a lidských zdrojů. Věnuje se také hledání nových zaměstnanců a jejich využití v rámci společenské odpovědnosti. V praktické části práce byl proveden kvalitativní a kvantitativní výzkum, včetně dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci a návštěvníky hotelu. Výsledky byly podrobně analyzovány a v závěru práce byla navržena doporučení pro zlepšení společenské odpovědnosti v oblasti hotelnictví. Tato práce se vyznačuje přínosem pro oblast společenské odpovědnosti firem v kontextu lidského kapitálu a její výsledky mohou být aplikovány nejen v oblasti hotelnictví, ale i v jiných odvětvích.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis provides a comprehensive analysis of the topic of Corporate Social Responsibility with a focus on human capital in the context of the hotel industry. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the characteristics of social responsibility, corporate social responsibility and its pillars and stakeholders. The thesis further analyzes the situation in the Visegrad countries, especially in the area of employer branding and human resources. It also explores the recruitment of new employees and their utilization within the framework of social responsibility. In the practical part of the thesis, qualitative and quantitative research was conducted, including a survey among employees and hotel guests. The results were analyzed in detail and recommendations for improving social responsibility in the hospitality industry were proposed in the conclusion of the thesis. This thesis contributes to the field of corporate social responsibility in the context of human capital and its results can be applied not only in the hospitality industry, but also in other sectors.
