Má bakalářská práce obsahuje popis respiračních infekcí a s nimi související patogenní původce, způsoby odběru vzorků a jejich následnou diagnostiku. . Druhá část se týká popisu metodiky jednotlivých pracovních postupů a analýzy získaných dat s jejich vzájemným porovnáním. My bachelor's work includes description of chosen respiratory infections and their patho-genic causers, methods of samplig and resulting laboratory diagnosis. In the second part of my work is methodology of work proceeding and acquired data analysis with their mutual comparison.
