Tématem práce je zadávání veřejných zakázek a jejich právní úprava v České republice. Úvod práce slouží k vysvětlení jednotlivých pojmů, které jsou spjaty s tímto tématem. Další kapitoly práce se věnují vývoji právní úpravy problematiky zadávání veřejných zakázek a zkoumáním některých komplikací, které vyplývají z právní úpravy těchto veřejných zakázek.
