Findings of Teachers Subjective Theories about Biophile Oriented Education

Abstract:

Disertační práce se věnuje problematice subjektivních teorií učitelů o biofilní orientaci vzdělávání. Cílem práce je pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, techniky strukturování konceptů a pozorování vyučovacích hodin na vzorku 4 učitelů vyučujících na 1. stupni ZŠ popsat subjektivní teorie vybrané skupiny učitelů o biofilně orientovaném vzdělávání a dále zjistit, jak se subjektivní teorie vybrané skupiny učitelů odrážejí v jejich výuce. V teoretické části nejprve poukazujeme na hlavní přínosy a aktuálnost předkládaného tématu disertační práce. Dále se zabýváme teoretickým kontextem řešené problematiky. Vymezujeme klíčové pojmy, tedy subjektivní teorie učitele a biofilní orientaci vzdělávání. Rozebíráme pojetí přírody a kultury v životě člověka a v této souvislosti se zabýváme změnami v pojetí vzdělávání. V metodologické části představujeme kvalitativní výzkumné šetření založené na původních otázkách polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, technice strukturování konceptů a pozorování vyučovacích hodin učitelů, sloužících k vyvození subjektivních teorií vybrané skupiny učitelů o biofilně orientovaném vzdělávání. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují na určité shodné tendence a na rozdíly mezi zkoumanými subjektivními teoriemi výzkumného vzorku. Zjistili jsme, že subjektivní teorie tří učitelek směřují k biofilní orientaci vzdělávání, neboť jejich výroky korespondují s požadavky biofilní orientace vzdělávání. Subjektivní teorie čtvrté učitelky nebylo možné vyvodit. V závěru disertační práce shrnujeme důležité poznatky jednotlivých kapitol, poukazujeme na limity našeho výzkumu a nabízíme možná navazující výzkumná šetření v oblasti subjektivních teorií učitelů o biofilně orientovaném vzdělávání.

Abstract:

The dissertation thesis deals with subjective theories selected group of teachers about biophiled orientation of education. The aim of the thesis is with semi-structured interview, technique of structuring concepts and observing lessons of four primary teachers to describe subjective theories selected group of teachers about biophiled orientation of education and find, how the subjective theories are reflected in their lessons. In theoretical part is pointed to the main benefits and topicality of the thesis. Then it is dealt with theoretical context of the thesis. There are defined the key words: subjective theories of teachers and biophiled orientation of education. We discuss the concept of nature and culture in human life and deal with changes in the concept of education. In the methodological part is introduced the research based on original questions of semi-structured interview, technique of structuring concepts and observing lessons serving to draw the subjective theories selected group of teachers about biophiled orientation of education. The research results point to the same tendency and the differences between studied subjective theories of the research sample. We found that the subjective theories of three teachers tend to biophiled orientation of education because their statements correspond with the requirement of biophiled orientation of education. Subjective theories of fourth teacher could not be drawn. In conclusion of this dissertation thesis we summarize important findings of each chapter, refer to the limits of our research and offer some possible follow-up research investigations in the field of teacher’s subjective theories about biophiled orientation of education.
