The comparison of personalized proportional system outside the Europe. Electoral systems of Bolivia and Venezuela
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá komparací personalizovaného poměrného volebního systému v Bolívii a ve Venezuele. Prvním cílem práce je popsat volební systémy a porovnat jejich fungování na základě proporcionality výstupů a jejich vlivu na stranický systém. Druhým cílem práce je posouzení, zda volební systémy obou zemí splňují kritéria, která na MMP klade Shugart a Wattenberg.
Abstract:
This work is comparing MMP in Bolivia and Venezuela. The first goal is to describe these electoral systems and compare them on terms such as proportionality and impact on party system. The second goal of the work is to assess, if the electoral systems in the both countries meet the criteria for MMP given by Shugart and Wattenberg.
