Detection of bid rigging
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá možnostmi použití kvantitativních metod na odhalování bid riggingu ve veřejných zakázkách. Jsou popsány některé ze známých metod přímo aplikovatelných na české aukční prostředí, důraz je kladen na jejich datovou náročnost. Následně je zkoumána dostupnost těchto dat v současné době v České republice z pohledu Úřadu pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže.
Abstract:
Thesis discusses the possibilities of using quantitative methods to detect bid rigging in public procurement. It describes some of the known methods which are directly applicable to the auction process currently used in the Czech Republic. including their data requirements. Final part examines availability of the data from the perspective of Office for the Protection of Competition
