Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Jak založit a provozovat živnost nebo malou firmu v oblasti pořádání kulturně-společenských akcí zábav a koncertů“ pojednává o provozu a činnosti hudebního manažera, agenta nebo agentury jako právnické osoby. Práce pojednává o manažerském přístupu od založení malé firmy nebo živnosti, dále činnostech agentury, přes provoz hudebního klubu nebo kulturního zařízení. Důkladně rozebírá dílčí kroky při uspořádání hudebně-kulturní akce. Předložená práce by měla vystihnout veškeré aspekty a faktory, které je třeba při této činnosti brát v potaz. Snahou práce je vytvořit didaktickou transformaci jednotlivých témat tak, aby žákům byly co nejblíže. Snaha o co nejužšího propojení teorie a praxe by měla tuto činnost co nejvíce žákům přiblížit. Dalším cílem je prohloubit žákovskou cenovou a finanční gramotnost, naučit nebo prohloubit u posluchačů rozpočtovou zodpovědnost. Reálná představa o cenových hladinách v provozu obchodu nebo služeb je aplikovatelná i do další oblasti tohoto oboru. Účelem didaktické transformace na zejména aktivizující metody by měla být zábavná výuka. Práce je strukturována od obecných záležitostí po konkrétní, čímž by měli jednotlivé kategorie na sebe navazovat. Manažersky-podnikatelská úvaha u jednotlivých dílů je aplikovatelná i na další oblasti obchodu a služeb.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis called „How to Establish and Operate an Art Agency” addresses the problems of operation and activities of a music agency manager, agent or an agency as a legal entity. The paper deals with the managerial attitude starting from establishing a small company or business to operation of a music club or a cultural establishment. The presented paper analyses step by step organizing a music event introducing every aspect and factors affecting the relating work. The paper aims to form a transformation methodology of individual aspects while bringing the problem closer to students and trying to connect the theory and practice as much as possible. Another objective of the paper is to deepen students’ price and financial awareness, to teach them and extend their budget responsibility. The awareness of price levels in a business or service operation is applicable in other areas of this field. The purpose of the methodology of transformation is to develop activation methods to make learning more interesting. The paper is structured from general to more specific issues while linking the individual categories. The management and entrepreneur aspect of individual parts is applicable in other areas of business and services.
