Značná část zásahů porušujících zákon o ochraně přírody a krajiny je fyzicky provedena jinými subjekty, než které si je objednaly. A significant part of the violations of the Act on the Nature and Land-scape Protection is physically carried out by entities other than order parties. This act, however, does not reflect this fact and according to him it is possible to impose fines almost exclusively only to subjects who directly intervene, which is unjust.
