Abstract:
Diplomová práce ,,Tvorba učebního textu" se zabývá vytvořením učebního textu pro odborný předmět Cukrářská technologie. Důvodem výběru tématu diplomové práce je inovace tematického celku Restaurační moučníky pro obor středního vzdělávání Cukrář. Cílem práce je vytvořit a výzkumnými metodami ověřit účinnost učebného textu ve výuce.
Abstract:
The thesis ,,Creation of a study material- text" deals with creating of study material - text for the technical subject Confectioners Technology. The reason for the choice of this thesis is the innovation of the theme unit The Restaurant desserts for the Secondary Education for the branch Confectionerist.
