Abstract:
Záložné právo k nehnuteľnosti Práca je venovaná charakteristike záložného práva k nehnuteľnosti, podrobne je tu opísaný vznik, výkon a zánik záložného práva. Je zameraná aj na porovnanie úpravy záložného práva pred novelou a po novele z roku 2003. V práci je taktiež rozobratý historický vývoj záložného práva a inštitút Katastra nehnuteľností ako jediný inštitút registrácie nehnuteľností.
