Apoptóza kardiomyocytů byla popsána u chronického srdečního selhání , ale také v průběhu rejekce srdečního štěpu. V naší práci jsme zkoumali přítomnost apoptózy kardiomyocytů u pacientů s chronickým srdečním selháním a porovnali skupiny pacientů s dilatační nebo ischemickou kardiomyopatií. Abstract:
Apoptosis of cardiomyocytes has been described in chronic heart failure and during cardiac allograft rejection. In order to clarify whether apoptosis of cardiomyocytes occurs in patients with chronic heart failure we compared its occurrence in two groups of patients suffering from either dilated or ischemic cardiomyopathy.
