Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na problematiku minimální mzdy v podmínkách České republiky a její dopad na fungování hospodaření ve vybrané organizaci. V práci je objasněna příslušná terminologie a vývoj minimální mzdy v rámci ekonomických souvislostí. Práce ukazuje na pozitivní i negativní vliv minimální mzdy na vybranou společnost z pohledu zaměstnance i zaměstnavatele.
Abstract:
The work is focused on the issue of the minimum wage in the conditions of the Czech Republic and its impact on the functioning of management in selected organization. The relevant terminology and the development of the minimum wage in the economic context are clarified.
