The ERK kinase signaling pathway in healthy and cancer cells
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o signální dráze kinázy ERK, důležité dráze v biologii nádorové buňky. Práce shrnuje současné poznatky o členech této dráhy, její regulaci a její funkce v buňce. V práci jsou také zmíněny informace o současné a možné budoucí léčbě cílící na dráhu ERK .
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the ERK kinase signaling pathway, an essential pathway in tumor cell biology. The work summarizes the current knowledge about the pathway mem-bers, the pathway regulation and function in the cell. The work also mentions information about current and possible future treatment options targeting the ERK pathway.
