Abstract:
V rámci své práce bych rád popsal Insolvenční zákon a jeho přínos pro společnosti oproti zákonu o konkursu a vyrovnání, který byl platný do 31.12.2007. Ve své práci se budu věnovat insolvenčnímu soudu, insolvenčnímu správci, věřitelům, reorganizaci a oddlužení a porovnání insolvenčního zákona se zákonem o konkursu a vyrovnání. I would like to describe insolvency law and assets for society compared to bankruptcy law, which has was valid until 31 December 2007. My work includes insolvency law, insolvency provider, kreditor, reorganisation, discharge a bankrupt and comaration of the insolvency law and bankruptcy law.
