Práce se věnuje obecnému popisu Pionýrské organizace (PO) a historii této organizace v českých zemích. Následně jsou vytyčeny hlavní ideologické vlivy komunistické strany na fungování dětských a mládežnických organizací. Thesis describes Pioneer organization (PO) in general and its history in Czech country. Subsequently the main ideological influences of communist party on operation of children´s and youth organisations are outlined. This influences are tracked and analyzed on example of Brno Pioneer group Slunovrat.
