Tato diplomová práce popisuje podrobný postup sestavení podnikatelského záměru pro osobu samostatně výdělečně činnou. Zpracování podnikatelského záměru zahrnuje počáteční analýzu prostředí podniku, sestavení marketingového plánu, finančního plánu včetně finanční analýzy, personálního plánu a plánu investic. This thesis describes a detailed procedure for establishing a business plan for self-employed person. Compiling of the business plan includes an initial analysis of the business surrounding, compilation a marketing plan, financing plan, including financial analysis, staffing plan and investment plan.
