Creation and management team in the selected company

Abstract:

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je, jak tvořit a řídit tým z pohledu manažera, tak aby výsledky týmu byly efektivní. V teoretické části se zaměřuji především na zdroje informací, abych mohla analyzovat všechny pojmy, které souvisí s tématem mé práce. V první části se zaměřuji na organizační struktury podniku, získávání a výběr pracovníků a důležitým článkem mé práce, manažerem. V druhé části popisuji, co znamená tým a jaké mohou být jeho formy a jaká je motivace týmu. Důležitým faktorem zde bude tvorba týmu. Praktická část bakalářské práce navazuje na teoretickou část. Nejdříve zjistím, jaký styl vedení preferuje mnou vybraná firma. Následně díky manažeru zjišťuji, co požaduje po lidech, které chce mít v týmu a to pomocí inzerátů a následně se zúčastňuji pohovorů, které také vypovídají o charakteru manažera. V poslední části závěrečné práce sleduji spolupráci v týmu a chování manažera, kdy zároveň provádím vyhodnocení celé problematiky.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the creation of the team and the most effective ways of the team management. The theoretical part is concerned mainly on the information sources, so that all the terms in the thesis could be analysed. In the first part, the organization structures of the company, the selection of the employees, and the character of the manager are introduced and described. In the second part, the notion of the team and its forms, as well as the effectives ways of motivating the team are described. The creation of the team is the most significant factor in this part of the thesis. The practical part of the thesis follows the theoretical assumptions that examined in the theoretical part. Firstly, the management preferences of a given company are examined. Secondly, the manager’s requirements are explored, using the advertisements and interviews. The final part of the thesis is focused on the cooperation in the team and the manager’s behaviour. Finally, an overall evaluation and conclusion is provided.
