Properties of Films Prepared from Collagen with Addition of Elastin and Keratin
Abstract:
Diplomová práce ověřuje účinnost síťování kolagenního gelu kolagen-elastinovým a keratinovým hydrolyzátem, a také jejich kombinace s glutaraldehydem. Byly připraveny filmy, u kterých byla stanovována teplota smrštění, tahová síla, poměrné pro-dloužení a botnání.
Abstract:
Thesis verifies the effectiveness of crosslinking of collagen gel with collagen-elastin and keratin hydrolysate, as well as their combination with glutaraldehyde. Films were pre-pared, shrinkage temperature, tensile strength, elongation at break and swelling tests were conducted.
