Analysis of the financial structure of Jednota, the Tábor business cooperative and comparison with consumer cooperatives of Jednota in the South Bohemian Region

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je provést analýzu finanční struktury Jednoty, obchodního družstva Tábor se zaměřením se na případné změny ve struktuře a výši vlastního kapitálu v důsledku rekodifikace soukromého práva, kdy zákon o obchodních korporacích již neobsahuje povinnost tvorby rezervního a nedělitelného fondu. Vedle analýzy bude řešena prostřednictvím strukturovaného rozhovoru otázka týkající se využití finančního leasingu jako externího zdroje financování a dále pak oblast finančního řízení Jednoty Tábor. Zároveň je dílčím cílem komparace výsledků analýzy s finančními strukturami ostatních spotřebních Jednot v Jihočeském kraji.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the financial structure of Jednota Tábor the business cooperative, focusing on possible changes in the structure and amount of equity due to the recodification of private law, when the Act on Commercial Corporations not includes the obligation to create a reserve and indivisible fund. In addition to the analysis, will be solved the question of the use of financial leasing as an external source of financing and the area of financial management of Jednota Tábor through a structured interview. At the same time, it is a partial objective of comparation the results of the analysis with the financial structures of other consumer Jednot in the South Bohemian Region.
