Abstract:

Minoritní druhy ovocných dřevin a jejich patogeny V posledním desetiletí se zvýšil zájem o pěstování minoritních druhů ovocných dřevin. S rozšiřováním ploch výsadeb souvisí i nebezpečí poruch, poškození, výskytu patogenů a škůdců. V r. 2022 byl na lokalitě Žabčice sledován a vyhodnocen výskyt patogenů na vybraných druzích ovocných dřevin (rakytník řešetlákový – Hippophae rhamnoides L., dřín obecný – Cornus mas L., ořešák královský – Juglans regia L. a morušovník – Morus L.). Uvedena je botanická charakteristika vybraných druhů, popis významných původců chorob, škůdců, poruch a poškození. U rakytníku bylo zaznamenáno poškození abiotickými faktory a doporučena ochrana zahrnující vyšší dávky hnojiv, závlahu a případnou úpravu výsadbové plochy. U morušovníku byly zaznamenány symptomy listové spály (Mycosphaerella mori), u dřínu ojedinělý výskyt původce listové skvrnitosti (Sphaerulina cornicola) a poškození plodů octomilkou japonskou (Drosophila suzukii). Doporučena byla preventivní opatření, tj. likvidace opadlých listů či výsadba na vhodnější plochy. U ořešáku byl zaznamenán na listech a plodech původce antraknózy (Ophiognomonia leptostyla) a stanoven index napadení, který v posledním termínu hodnocení dosáhl 100 %. Plody byly poškozeny vrtulí ořechovou (Rhagoletis completa), listy byly poškozeny vlnovníkem ořešákovým (Aceria erinea) a vlnovníkem puchýřovitým (Aceria tristriata). Jako preventivní opatření vůči antraknóze byla doporučena likvidace opadlých listů, případně aplikace měďnatých fungicidů. Proti vlnovníkům bylo doporučeno aplikovat akaricidy a proti vrtuli insekticidy.

Abstract:

Minor fruit tree species and their pathogens In the last decade there has been an increased interest in the cultivation of minor fruit tree species. With the expansion of planting areas comes the risk of failure, damage, pathogens and pests. The occurrence of pathogens and diseases caused by them on selected fruit tree species (sea buckthorn – Hippophae rhamnoides L., dogwood – Cornus mas L., royal hazel – Juglans regia L. and mulberry – Morus L.) was monitored and evaluated at the Žabčice site in 2022. The botanical characteristics of the selected species are given, as well as descriptions of the major causal agents of diseases, pests, disorders and damage. In the case of sea buckthorn, damage caused by abiotic factors has been noted and protection is recommended, including higher doses of fertiliser, irrigation and possible modification of the planting area. Symptoms of leaf scab (Mycosphaerella mori) were recorded in mulberry and isolated occurrences of the leaf spot agent (Sphaerulina cornicola) and fruit damage by fruit fly (Drosophila suzukii) in dogwood. Preventive measures were recommended, i.e., removal of fallen leaves or planting in more suitable areas. The anthracnose agent Ophiognomonia leptostyla was observed on the leaves and fruit of the walnut tree and an infestation index of 100 % was determined at the last evaluation date. The fruits were damaged by walnut husk fly (Rhagoletis completa), leaves were damaged by two mite species Aceria erinea and Aceria tristriata. As a preventive measure against anthracnose, the destruction of fallen leaves or the application of copper fungicides was recommended.
