Diplomová práce pojednává o federalizaci Československa. Popisuje vztahy mezi Čechy a Slováky ve společném státě od roku 1948 do jeho rozpadu. Zejména se zabývá vývojem práva v daném období, které vedlo ke vzniku federalizačního uspořádání Československa. Práce dále popisuje fungování státu po vzniku federace, vyjednávání o fungování federace, vznik sporů ve společném státě a jeho rozpad v 90. letech …more
Abstract:
The thesis discusses the federalization of Czechoslovakia. It describes the relations between the Czechs and the Slovaks in one state from 1948 until its disintegration. Mainly engaged in the development of law in the period, which led to the organization of federation in Czechoslovakia.
