Abstract:
Dříve projevená přání je institut, který byl zaveden do právního řádu České republiky v souvislosti s lidskými právy a biomedicínou. Text je rozdělen na část teoretickou, metodickou a analytickou. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zjistit pomocí kvantitativního výzkum povědomí a postoje seniorů k dříve projeveným přání.

Previously expressed wishes is an institute that was introduced into the legal system of the Czech Republic in connection with human rights and biomedicine.
