Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku motivace vedoucích v turistickém oddíle. Hlavním výzkumným cílem bylo zjistit, jaké kategorie motivace působí na tyto vedoucí v konkrétním oddíle, zda existuje shoda s výsledky jiných výzkumů provedených ve srovnatelném prostředí a jaké skutečnosti vedoucí od jejich práce odrazují. This bachelor’s thesis is focused on the issue regarding motivation of leaders in a hiking club. The main research objective was to determine, what motivation categories affect these leaders in one exact club, if there is a sameness with results of other researches in a comparable environment and what are the main reasons that dissuade leaders from their work.
