Abstract:

Diplomová práce “Analýza webových stránek z pohledu zákazníka” se zabývá problematikou nahlížení na webové stránky z pohledu zákazníka. Jedná se o analýzu webových prezentací konferenčních služeb hotelů z pohledu zákazníka. Cílem diplomové práce bylo proanalyzovat určité webové stránky podle vlastní metody hodnocení. Výsledek zjištění diplomové práce má praktický přínos veřejností a to svými statistickými údaji, komentáři výsledků a doporučeními k nim. Teoretická část se zabývá marketingovými pojmy, které jsou použity v analytické části práce – v samotné analýze webových stránek z pohledu zákazníka. V teoretické části jsou uvedena specifika marketingového mixu z pohledu prodejce a z pohledu zákazníka a to jak obecně, tak i ve vztahu k internetové prezentaci firem v podobě webových stránek. Mimo jiné teoretická část popisuje existující metody hodnocení webových stránek. Analytická část diplomové práce se zabývá problematikou webové prezentace konferenční nabídky hotelů. Analytická část objasňuje důležitost konferenčních služeb pro Prahu jako jednu z nejvýznamnějších MICE destinací. Klíčovou část analytické části obsahuje popis vlastní metody hodnocení webové prezentace konferenčních nabídek hotelů a to s popisem kritérií a podkritérii hodnocení. Následně analytická část obsahuje informace o provedení samotné analýzy a grafické znázornění výsledků. Návrhová část je věnovaná komentářům výsledku analýzy a doporučením k vylepšení webových prezentací konferenčních nabídek hotelů tak, aby měly prospěch jak pro hotel, který je prodejcem, tak i pro organizátora událostí – zákazníka.

Abstract:

Master’s thesis " Analysis of websites from the customer's point of view " focuses on the issue of looking at the website from a customer's perspective in order to make a website beneficial for the customer. Master’s thesis provides an analysis of conference offer part of the hotels’ websites from the customer's perspective. Main target of the Master’s thesis was to analyze websites using the own website analyzing method. The result of the analysis have practical benefits to the public by its statistical summary, comments and recommendations based on the statistical results. Theoretical part of the Master’s thesis deals with marketing concepts that were after used in the analysis of websites from a customer's perspective. Theoretical section also contains in general specifics of the marketing mix from a seller's perspective and specifics of the marketing mix from a customer's perspective. Further specifically it is spoken about these two marketing mixes in the field of companies’ websites. Among other things, the theoret-ical part describes existing methods of the website analyzing. Analytical part of the Master’s thesis focuses on the conference offer part of the hotels’ websites. Analytical section explains the importance of conference services for Prague, because it is one of the leading MICE destinations in the world. A key part of the analytical section describes the own-developed website analyzing method which focuses on the conference offer part of the hotels’ websites. Analytical part also contains information about the analysis provided, as well as its statistical graphic presented results. Proposal part is dedicated to comments of the analysis’s results and to recommendations for improvements of the conference offer part of the hotels’ websites the way they can be beneficial for both hotel as a seller and for event organizer as a customer.
