Abstract:
V diplomové práci bude řešena implementace štíhlé výroby na pracovišti výroby klíčků. Nejdříve bude provedena analýza současného stavu na tomto pracovišti, při které budou použity metody průmyslového inženýrství. The diploma will design the implementation of the slim production of car keys. First an analysis of the status quo on this workplace will be analyzed by means of the methods of industrial engineering.
