Abstract:
Licence představuje oprávnění k užívání nehmotného statku i jinou osobou než vlastníkem licencovaného předmětu, přičemž při tomto užití nedochází k jeho zcizení. Svolení k užívání nehmotného statku jinou osobou může dát pouze vlastník dispozičního práva k licencovanému předmětu bez ohledu na právní titul, ze kterého toto právo nabyl. The license constitutes permission to use the intangible assets of a person whilst guaranteeing that assets remain in the property of the owner. Permission to use intangible assets of a person can only be given by the owner of the licensed assets.
