Úloha vnitropodnikových směrnic a jejich vliv na fungování podniku

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pomocí metody sběru dat, konkrétně rozhovoru, analýzy struktury dokumentů a přímého pozorování ve firmě analyzuje vnitropodnikové směrnice. Cílem práce je charakterizovat vnitropodnikové směrnice a posoudit jejich vliv na chod konkrétního podniku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a aplikační část. V teoretické autorka řeší úlohu a význam směrnic, jejich formu a strukturu. Dále rozděluje vnitřní dokumenty a jednotlivé skupiny detailně popisuje na konkrétních předpisech. V aplikační části se už zaměřuje jen na společnost Alfa Software s.r.o., kde analyzuje konkrétní směrnice firmy a odpovídá na výzkumné otázky. V závěru práce uvádí diskuzi výsledků a doporučuje opatření pro firmu. A to konkrétně vytvoření nové samostatné směrnice a zavedení obsahu do všech již vytvořených předpisů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis uses the method of data collection, namely the interview, the analysis of the document structure and the direct observation in the company. The aim of the thesis is to characterize internal company directives and assess their impact on the operation of a particular company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and application part. In the theoretical part, the author addresses the role and importance of directives, their form and structure. It also divides internal documents and describes each group in detail on specific regulations. In the application part, she focuses only on Alfa Software s.r.o., where she analyzes specific company directives and responds to important questions. At the end of the thesis, it presents a discussion of results and recommends measures for the company. In particular, the creation of a new separate directive and the introduction of content into all the rules already drafted.
