Tato diplomová práce se zabývá veřejnou nedobrovolnou dražbou podle zákona č. 26/2000 Sb., ve znění pozdějších předpisů, a kriticky hodnotí právní úpravu spolu s rozpory, které přinesla nová kodifikace soukromého práva účinná od 1. 1. 2014. This diploma thesis deals with involuntary public auction under Act No. 26/2000 Col., as amended and critically evaluates legislation along with the contradictions generated by the new codification of private law, effective since 1. 1. 2014.
