Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku pracovního poměru na dobu určitou. V práci je podrobně rozebráno právo EU v této oblasti, zejména směrnice Rady 1999/70/ES. Dále se práce zabývá českou právní úpravou, přičemž je zejména rozebráno sjednávání, opakování, změny a skončení pracovního poměru na dobu určitou. Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the issue of fixed–term employment. There is analyzed in detail EU law in this area in the work, in particular Council Directive 1999/70/EC. Further the work deals with the Czech legal regulation whereby it is in particular analyzed the negotiation, repetition, changes and termination of fixed–term employment.
