Diplomová práce se zabývá způsoby financování bydlení v České republice prostřednictvím hypotečních úvěrů a úvěrů ze stavebního spoření. Práce popisuje oba produkty, krátce zmiňuje jejich historii na území České republiky a také poukazuje na výhody a nevýhody. The present thesis deals with different methods of financing home constructions in the Czech Republic provided through mortgage loans and loans from building societies.
