Abstract:
Moje diplomová práce zkoumá územní aspekt místní samosprávy. Nejdříve jsem se zaměřil na postavení samosprávy v systému veřejné správy a charakterizoval základní znaky místní samosprávy. Hlavní osou práce je téma územních změn místních samospráv. V poslední řadě jsem věnoval část práce komparaci územního aspektu s úpravou na Slovensku.
Abstract:
My thesis examines the territorial aspect of local self-government. First, I focused on the status of government in the public administration system and I described the basic features of local self-government. The main axis of the work is an issue of territorial changes in local self-government.
