The theme of this thesis is State and Law in Slovakia in 1939 – 1945. The historical events, institutions, legal acts and other documents relating to the topic are depicted using the descriptive method. Chapter I deals with foundation of the Slovak Republic. Bakalárska práca je venovaná téme Štát a právo na Slovensku rokov 1939 – 1945. Pomocou využitia deskriptívnej metódy sú v nej popísané v jednotlivých častiach práce historické momenty, inštitúcie, právne akty a iné dokumenty vzťahujúce sa k téme práce.
