Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu opuštěných dětí v náhradní rodinné péči, status opatrovnických a pěstounských rodin. Teoretická část je rozdělena na čtyři kapitoly a každá z nich obsahuje tři podkapitoly. První kapitola se věnuje pojmu "opuštěné děti" a přibližuje jejich potřeby, které jsou důležité pro zdravý vývoj. Dále zde jsou uvedeny důvody, proč se rodiče o své děti nemůžou starat. Poslední část uvádí instituce, které dětem zajišťují péči a výchovu. Druhá kapitola se věnuje náhradní rodinné péči - problematice a formám. Součástí je i vysvětlení termínu opatrovnická a pěstounská rodina. Třetí kapitola obsahuje popis průběhu pěstounské péče. Věnuje se požadavkům kladených na pěstouny, příchodu přijatého dítěte a jeho následné adaptaci v nové rodině. Poslední kapitola přibližuje službu asistovaných kontaktů mezi náhradními, biologickými rodiči a jejich dětmi. Popisuje identitu dítěte, cílové skupiny a průběh setkávání. Výzkumná část se zaměřuje na smysl kontaktů dítěte s jeho původní rodinou a na postoj popisovaných rodin k této problematice.

Abstract:

This thesis is concerned with abandoned children in foster care, social status of guardianship and foster families A theoretical part is divided into four chapters that include other subchapters. The first chapter deals with the term "abondoned children" and their needs necessary for a healthy evolution. Furthermore there are reasons why parents cannot look after their children and children care institutions. The second chapter deals with spare child welfare issues and types. There is an explanation of terms "guardianship" and "foster families". The third chapter describes a care course of foster parents. It is devoted to demands placed on foster parents, a child arrival to a new family and an adaptation process here. Last chapter approaches assisted contact service among spare parents, biological ones and their children. It describes a child identity, target groups and meeting courses. A research part of the thesis focuses on a sense of these contacts between children and biological parents and different attitudes of families to this issue.
