Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o vlivu polycyklických aromatických uhlovodíků a jejich derivátů na hormonální systémy organismů. Důraz je kladen zejména na popis jejich (anti)estrogenních a (anti)androgeních účinků i na jejich schopnost ovlivňovat retinoidní a thyroidní rovnováhy. Abstract:
This work deals with the possible influence of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and their derivatives on hormonal systems of organisms. Their (anti)estrogenic and (anti)androgenic effects as well as the ability to interfere with retinoid and thyroid equilibria are emphasized here.
