Common Parts of an Appartment Building
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na společné části domu. Práce je rozdělena do šesti kapitol a následně podkapitol, ve kterých jsou postupně objasňovány jednotlivé společné části a následně propojovány do širšího kontextu existence a funkčnosti spoluvlastnictví společných částí, resp. vlastnictví jednotek. Abstract:
My dissertation is focused on common areas of a block of flats i.e. those parts of a house which are jointly owned and used by the inhabitants of such a house. It is divided to six chapters and then to subchapters, in which the individual categories of common areas are described and explained.
