Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá institutem dobré víry v českém rodinném právu vzhledem k proběhlým změnám právní úpravy. Práce obsahuje vymezení základních pojmů, které jsou podkladem pro analýzu současné právní úpravy v zákoně č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník se zaměřením na vztah obecné části a části druhé. This diploma thesis is focused on the institute of good faith in the Czech family law with regard to the changes of legislation. The thesis contains definitions of basic concepts that are the basis for the analysis of the current legislation in Act no. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, focusing on the relation to the general part and the second part.
